We do hold some stock, if we don't have it on the shelf we receive shipments every 7-10 days.

All belts include suspender rings with the exception of the 2.5″ belt.
Note that when choosing a size, there is an additional 10-12″ of belt webbing to expand your belt for those extra winter layers. Measure your torso around the bellybutton (DO NOT USE YOUR TROUSER WAIST SIZE) and buy the belt that matches the measurement on our sizing chart. If you size up, you will not be able to tighten your belt in the summer.
THE SUSPENDER RINGS ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS TOOL HANGERS. USING THE SUSPENDER LOOPS IN THIS MANNER WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
We are happy to custom build your belt to match your pouches, but there is a 7-8 week lead time and a customization charge for the color-matched belts. There are NO RETURNS on custom belts.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order to return them. Once you've cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
All returns must be notified within the 14 day period, you are responsible for return postage, we advise sending goods by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For, as we can not be held responsible for goods which go missing on their way back to us. Unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage to you.
We will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, assuming they are in resaleable condition, including undamaged packaging. We may charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion, we will do our upmost to avoid this.
We do not offer exhanges, we will refund the returned item and you can then place a new order online for the correct item you are after.
