How to Build Your Diamondback Toolbelt System

How to Build Your Diamondback Toolbelt System

Whether choosing a belt from our signature series or building your own tool belt system from scratch, these helpful guidelines will ensure you make the right choice. When building your own tool belt system, first choose a belt, then mix and match pouches and accessories to suit your needs. The possibilities are endless.

Step One

Select a Belt – Choose a belt that best suits your needs. To ensure proper fit, measure yourself around with a tape wearing summer clothes. Measure where you are going to wear your belt. Back belts ride a little higher. Do NOT just give us your pant size. Once you have measured, use the table to determine your size.  The belts have plenty of adjustment for winter layers.  If you size up, you will not be able to tighten the belt during the summer.  You will also need to select a belt width.

Step Two

Select the Right Pouches – Order the smallest and lightest bags that have enough room. Count your tools and fasteners, and then browse our selections to pick pouches with enough compartments for you. See the video below to determine if you need standard or XL pouches. Remember, all pouches and accessories are interchangeable, so if you multi-task, you can develop a belt system consisting of a variety of items.

Step Three

Choose Colors – Most of our products are available in Ranger Green and Black.

Step Four

Select any Hammer or Flat Bar Holsters that you want to include. Note: Hammer Holsters work with all our existing pouches.

Step Five

Select any Suspenders or other Accessories.
